The role involves assisting customers with vehicle rentals, managing bookings, handling documentation, and ensuring vehicles are ready and well-maintained for rental. The ideal candidate will help deliver a smooth and reliable rental experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with car rental inquiries and reservations
• Prepare rental agreements and verify customer documents
• Coordinate vehicle delivery and return inspections
• Ensure vehicles are clean, serviced, and available on time
• Handle payments, deposits, and rental records
• Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally

Requirements

• Should be in Salalah
• Good communication skills
• Ready to join immediately
• Minimum 2 years experience
